I am not a huge “meat eater” because of the texture issues I have with certain things, so if I am going to eat meat, it has to taste really good. I have come up with a recipe and changed what I needed to get the flavor that I love. It is below:
3/4 c. dried minced onions
1/3 c. beef bouillon powder
1 T + 1t onion powder
1/4 t. celery seed
1/4 t. sugar
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. paprika
Just mix all of those together and you should have enough for probably 2 roasts or more.
