1 cup mayonaise
1 cup Miracle Whip
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 T. prepared yellow mustard
celery salt (to taste)
I like to make my coleslaw with cabbage and carrots. I think the carrots add just a touch of sweetness. Only use enough dressing to just wet the cabbage. The cabbage tends to add a little moisture as it sits. If you want it “soupier”, then add a little more dressing just before serving. This recipe will make more than you need for one “recipe” of coleslaw, so just refrigerate whatever is leftover for the next time.
